On the mountain road, the Dragon Chef was running as fast as she could. Behind her, there was a hundred-meter-long creature that looked like a green mantis chasing after her.
The giant mantis kept swinging its scythe-like arms to attack Chef Dragons, and the walls of the mountain began to crumble.
Meanwhile, the Dragon Clan's female chef was running for her life. She was holding an egg the size of a basketball in her arms. It looked like it belonged to the giant mantis.
Han Sen watched it from afar, and he knew the mantis' level was high. Its lifeforce was like an ocean, and it was most likely a sacred-blood creature.
Fortunately, the giant mantis was too big, and it wasn't very agile. Chef Dragons was fast, and she kept running around the mountain. The mantis was unable to hit her.
But it didn't seem likely that Chef Dragons would be able to shake off the mantis, either. She had no choice but to keep running.
Han Sen watched for a while, and he didn't think he could do anything to the mantis. It was difficult for him to kill mutant creatures, let alone a sacred-blood one. If he went there, he'd just be an extra meal for the mantis.
Han Sen hadn't seen the mantis use a geno core, but judging by its size, it should be a mature one. It might even be a gemstone geno core. If that was the case, his chances of winning would be even lower.
"Stay alive! Throw the egg away!" Han Sen shouted to Dragon Lady from afar.
Seeing the giant mantis slash its arms, Han Sen didn't want to get too close.
Chef Dragons kept running, and she shouted, "Don't throw it away!"
"It's just a sacred-blood egg. You'll get another chance. Just throw it away." Han Sen wanted to save it, but he couldn't.
Even if he threw the Crystal Core, it could only soften a two-meter-wide piece. It wouldn't do much to such a giant mantis.
And with the mantis' fitness, the Crystal Core wouldn't do much. It wouldn't be as soft as a sponge.
Han Sen looked at Red Pony and Starsea Beast. They were small, and they weren't aggressive. They wouldn't be of much help.
The Dragon Race's female chef entered a forest. She turned left and right in the forest. With a wave of her mantis arm, she chopped down several huge trees that required several people to wrap their arms around. Her strength was terrifying.
"I can't throw it away! My gold geno core depends on it! I can't throw it away!"
The Dragon Clan's female chef hugged the egg and squeezed under the fallen branches of the ancient tree, running as she spoke.
"There will be plenty of opportunities in the future. There is no need to rush," Han Sen said to the Dragon chef again.
"I've been in the Fourth God's Sanctuary for a long time, and I've summoned this Death-Demon Dragon. I don't know when I'll be able to summon it again, but I can't wait!" Chef shouted Chef Dragon.
"Holy shit, so you were the one who summoned this thing?
It looks like a mantis. Why is it called Death-Demon Dragon? "
Han Sen's forehead was sweating, and he remembered that Chef Dragons could summon ingredients. But this one was too strong, and it looked like it was going to cut her into pieces.
Pang!
The Dragon Clan's female chef couldn't dodge in time. She was hit by an ancient tree trunk and fell to the ground.
The Deathly Demon Dragon's blade arm slashed down. If it hit, not only would the Dragon Chef die, but even the ground would be cut open.
There was no time to think, though. He summoned the Crystal Egg and threw it. The Crystal Egg was like a meteor that broke through space. Before the knife arm could come down, it hit it.
The Crystal Egg bounced to the side, and the arm came down.
The female chef of the Dragon Clan quickly summoned a kitchen knife and a fork, crossing them in front of her to block the slashing arm.
Pang!
The knife, fork, and the Dragon Lady Chef were all slashed into the ground, creating a twenty-meter-long trench in the ground.
The Dragon Chef spat out a mouthful of blood, but it didn't look like she was directly injured. The place where the crystal egg had hit was where the Dragon Chef was holding her. That place had become much softer. Otherwise, with such a terrifying force, if it was hard enough, her knife and fork would have been smashed into pieces, and she wouldn't have been able to survive.
The Death-Demon Dragon saw that it had failed to kill Chef Dragons, so it swung its other arm.
"You two go back to the shelter. I'll be back in a bit."
Han Sen told Red Pony and Starsea Beast to go back first. He gritted his teeth and flew into the air. He threw the Crystal Egg again, but this time, it wasn't aimed at the knife arm. It was aimed at the Death Demon's eyes.
Pang!
The Crystal Egg hit the Death-Demon Dragon's eye, and it blinked in pain. Its head was shaken, and the arm missed its target. It missed Chef Dragons in the trench.
"Run!" Han Sen shouted at the Dragon chef as he caught the egg that had bounced back.
Chef Dragons held onto the egg and jumped out of the trench. She looked injured, though, and she was much slower than before.
The Death-Demon Dragon looked at Han Sen, but it didn't go after him. It went after Chef Dragons.
Chef Dragons was running too slowly, and it was difficult for her to avoid the Death-Demon Dragon. Han Sen's heart jumped. He ran after her and shouted, "Give me the egg!"
Lady Chef hesitated for a moment, but she still threw the egg at Han Sen. Then, she jumped and rolled across the ground to evade the Death-Demon Dragon's attack.
The knife arm slashed the ground, bringing up a large amount of soil, splashing on the Dragon Race's female chef on the ground, as if it was raining soil.
Han Sen caught the egg and shouted at the Death-Demon Dragon, "Come on! Come after me! I have the egg!"
The Death-Demon Dragon looked angry, and it chased after Han Sen. It swung its arm like the wind.
Han Sen's fitness was worse than Chef Dragons, and he wasn't as fast as Chef Dragons. Fortunately, he had the Phoenix Flight. He could predict the Death-Demon Dragon's attack trajectory, so it was easier for him to dodge.
But it was impossible for him to get rid of the Death-Demon Dragon. He was only able to stay alive for a short time.
Han Sen ran around in circles, and the Death-Demon Dragon kept swinging its arm. It left deep marks on the ground, but it couldn't hit Han Sen.
After all, its body was too big, and it wasn't very agile. It wouldn't be easy for it to hit Han Sen, who was so agile.
The Deathly Demon Dragon looked as if it had been provoked. It stopped swinging its arms to attack Han Sen. Its forehead flashed, and something flew out of it.
